OpenHarmony5.0.2应用源码编译报错

【问题描述】

1. 使用命令. build.sh --project=/data/bruce.li/share/OpenHarmony/applications/standard/screenlock编译报错
2. 报错关键信息

【运行环境】

硬件：RK3568 ROM版本： DevEvoStudio版本： SDK版本：5.0.2

5.0.2（api14）分支没有包含编译screenlock使用的sdk,起码是api12
        "compileSdkVersion": 10,
        "compatibleSdkVersion": 9,
需要调整为
        "compatibleSdkVersion": 12,
        "compileSdkVersion": 12,
        "targetSdkVersion": 12
