[md]使用官方的**ScreenRecorder**应用进行屏幕录制后视频时长都为0并且打不开，相关权限以及系统应用都已配置。

[md]哈哈,這個问题我也在3568上碰到过，具体issue见https://gitee.com/openharmony/ap ... ?from=project-issue，他们的原生代码是有问题的，有时候能录，有时候不行，据说是改了，我还没试

我在嵌入式开发中，一般是用HDMI采集卡去采集画面，然后PC端用potplayer播放，用camtasia录屏。
