将相关仓库https://gitee.com/zhan-zhaoming/dsoftbus_tool代码拉取到了tools目录下

然后需要在foundation/BUILD.gn中添加 `"softbus_tool:softbus_tool"`字段，但是4.1版本目录下压根没有这个文件，从4.0版本仓库中拉取了一个进入，修改过后，使用命令编译

按理来说应该还有个bundle.json的描述文件泥没有配置，去源码上似乎也没，有这个才能认得到，如果还认不到就得去改vendor下的一个config.json文件添加你的应用名字。

回复 shixiaocheng: 谢谢您，我编译过去了。原因是hilog日志使用要添加依赖。但是现在运行发布或者接受就会报错ERROR - UnPublishService fail, ret = -426442749.实在是不知道怎么办了
